setting up patient room

Was setting up a patient room and my right foot got caught in the call light cord causing me to lose my balance i tried to stop my fall by grabbing the bed rail but was not successful fell and landed on my left side hitting my head on the bedside table. i told the TL and she assessed me and took me to the ED. I had a CT scan done results were normal and I was released and returned to work. The following [REDACTED] I was very sore and noted bruises on left knee and right elbow.
