Working with bariatric patient post c section who had a postpartum hemorrhage and required assistance to turn and also was readjusting labor bed for optimal assessment per provider request. In turning pt and pulling out base of bed to set up hurt back. Patient did have a hover mat but this did not help the situation as it required moving the bottom of the bed. This was during an emergency.
