What happened
Employee was on location loading oil when another driver noticed that he did not look well and seemed disoriented. This employee contacted our safety director and told him. The safety director meet with the employee onsite and drove him back to the yard. The employee stated he did not feel well. He offered to take him to the ER but he declined so our safety director took him home.
