Employee was entering into a resident 's room.

Employee was entering into a resident 's room to perform ADL care and while she was closing the door she stepped back and that 's when her foot got tangles in the sling that was hanging on the back of the same door. Employee lost her balance and fell on her left knee. Her left knee made contact with the floor and then she was unable to stop her fall hitting the right side of the head. During this time her left foot remained tangled in the sling and she became to rest on the floor.
