Scanned ID Badge to access Pyxis room in [REDACTED]. Light to scanner turned green I heard the scanner click went to open the door with my right hand and the door did not open. Rescanned with ID badge scanner turned green again pu lled down on door handle and pushed door open. All the doors typically just open by pushing the door open once the badge reader turns green. This was not the case with this particular Pyxis room.
