What happened
I worked the night shift weekend of [REDACTED]. We had an extremely heavy load 8 of our 10 patients were 2 assist or more and we did not have an aide any of the nights. My back was sore when finishing my weekend but assumed it would get better like it always does. On [REDACTED] I was unloading our dishwasher at home and I all of the sudden felt a pull in my back and I could not move. I got an appointment to the chiropractor later [REDACTED] and she said I had a muscle strain. I was unable to work [REDACTED] and [REDACTED]. I received doctors notes for both nights. I was unable to move for several days.
