While employee was attempting to get a pallet jack under a 375 Lb pallet that had collapsed the employee used another board to lever lift the pallet to be delivered in order to get the pallet jack inserted correctly. Durning the process the employee felt a pull in his left shoulder. Employee felt there was no need to report due to the light extent of the pull.
