The customer 's employee was unloading the two pallets for the delivery from the back of the trailer with a forklift from the ground. After the customer removed the second skid of the order and backed away from the trailer about 5 to 6 feet [REDACTED] went over to the back of the trailer to close the door. The customer 's forklift became stuck in a hole or dip in the ground. They decided to get out of it by driving the foklift forward
