Before the incident
Employee was retrieving gray plastic totes from washhouse with a 2-wheel cart. Employee picked up about 8-10 totes and proceeded to flip them over to place on the cart.
What happened
While she was flipping them they opened accordion style and when they started going down skin on her left forearm became pinched in between the totes. She did not realize it did anything beyond the pinch until she saw blood running down her bicep and forearm.
