What happened
Stacking boxes of bacon from a pallet to a 6 wheeler. While steping on top of a pallet when she was grabing the bacon boxes she twisted her right foot on the black ladder that was sitting next to the pallet of bacon. Lost balance and fell back. When she fell back she hit her head on a 6 wheeler full of boxes her head hit the boxes and fell to the floor. She landed on her tail bone.
