What happened
EE was loading dunnage pallets into trailer with ejack. Trailer roll up door was held up by lock cargo bar. As she went over the ramp into the trailer with ejack loaded with pallets the cargo bar which was propped to hold the roll up door fell and hit her on the top right side of her head. EE does not know who put the bar up.
