What happened
EE claims that initally on [REDACTED] she was struck by the sticker dispensing machine upon accidental trigger. This caused the initial pain However EE did not report the pain until [REDACTED] since she went on vacation. When she returned she was sent to the occupational clinic for an evaluation since she says her hand had not recovered from the pain of that day. Her visit left the doctor compelled to believe her repetitive motion was the root cause of her pain not the strike itself.
