ON [REDACTED] AS I WAS DOING MY ROUNDS AT WORK IN THE [REDACTED] FELT A PINCH ON MY RIGHT SHOULDER. IT WAS A SUDDEN PAIN THAT WENT AWAY QUICKLY. AND NOT UNTIL AROUND [REDACTED]ISH AT THE CNA MEETINGI FELT A SHARP PAIN AGAIN SO I STARTED MASSAGING MY SHOULDER. AND THEN [REDACTED] [REDACTED] THE PAIN WAS GETTING WORST SO I APPLIED SALONPAS. THE [REDACTED] THE PAIN WAS SO DIFFERENT THAT EVERYTIME I MOVED MY SHOULDER IT HURTED
