What happened
Incident FLD was loading pallets in palletizer. And while lifting the pallets above the dispenser plate some of the small wood pieces blew off the pallets went over her eye goggles to EE left eye. One of the leads escorted her to the production office during the [REDACTED] pass off meeting. [REDACTED] noticed the irritation redness and a splinter of wood in EE left eye. [REDACTED] drove EE to ER and checked in but while sitting there the splinter somehow came out. [REDACTED] returned EE back to work and flushed water to eyes. Incident report was filled out.
