LIFTING PATIENT
What happened
Patient had staples removed by another co-worker & passed out. I proceeded to pull the patient over to the bed and assist the transfer after he said he was okay. Once standing and beginning to transfer the patient 's legs gave like he was passing out again and I lifted him onto the bed.
