Employee was performing a tool change in Line 1 Former - as he was in the process of stepping down off the interior former step his foot slipped on the oily surface and he reached his arms out to stabilize himself - as he did that his left hand made contact with the chain rail resulting in a laceration on the left side of his left hand.
