Before the incident

What happened
Employee was wearing safety glasses chemical suit and gloves. While toggling the lack of a stopper led to the toggle hyper extending impacting against the employee 's leg causing minor pain but no injury. The employee became frustrated by this and jumped down to an area of staging that previously had issues and was reinforced with plywood. The staging was unable to handle the impact of the employee jumping down leading to the board flexing causing the employee to land awkwardly. This impact caused employee 's knee to buckle leading to injury.
