Relocating PVC pipes from pallet to rack for Pre-Fab area.
What happened
Employee was relocating PVC pipes from pallet to rack for pre-fab. Employee slid smaller PVC pipe into the center of the larger PVC pipe and in doing so caught his RT index finger in between the pipes causing a laceration.

Laceration to the RT tip of index finger effecting the nail bed and through to the pad of the finger.
