As EE climbed onto truck her foot slipped. EE fell back and into door frame. EE 's leg hit the bottom of the door.

While pulling self into truck EE slipped backwards hit their head and mid-back on the side of the cab and their left leg went up hitting the bottom of the driver 's side of the truck.
