Moving product in back cooler

ee merchandiser was in the cold vault cooler at [REDACTED] moving product around to access shelving. He shifted dairy crates to make a path to start moving Coca-Cola product into the cooler. The crates were full and were roughly 5 feet in height. He used a twisting push pull motion to attempt to move them out of the way. In doing that motion [REDACTED] felt a shooting pain discomfort in him lower right abdomen above his hip (appendix). He proceeded to finish the stop but he didn 't feel right throughout the rest of the stop. After he completed he called his supervisor [REDACTED] but was unable to get a hold of him right away. He then proceeded to call [REDACTED] who did answer and directed him to Wellnow.
