What happened
Employee working pallet of 12 pack cans in the aisle at Tops. Turning to to fill the shelf tripped over the hand pallet jack. Employee fell back landed on left side. Sitting on floor of store store employees came to ask if he was ok. Employee stood back up stretched. Employee continued on and finished their day. After he was back home resting left knee started hurting. As the night went on pain got progressively worse. When the employee woke up the pain still bad.
