At approximately [REDACTED] [REDACTED] 2024ee began moving pallets around in the Walmart [REDACTED] backroom when he felt a pop in his back. [REDACTED] noticed some discomfort at the time and assumed it would go away. As [REDACTED] went about his day the discomfort would come and go. [REDACTED] did not report rite away thinking it would go away. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] felt pain getting ready for work then once he began working the pain became severe. [REDACTED] Notified myself VIA text at [REDACTED] [REDACTED] that he wouldn 't be able to finish his day as the pain was too severe.
