Our driver was closing the gate to his trailer after making a delivery to Lil General at [REDACTED] and While closing the gate the chain for the gate on the right side was jammed and our driver was trying to unjam the chain and the swing arm connected to the chain sprang loose and cut his left hand causing a cut between his middle and ring finger . our driver reported it to us and we instructed him to go to the emergency room
