EE finished packing out the store. In order to finish his delivery he outside the store lifting a pallet to put it on the pallet jack in order to bring it back to his trailer and continue his day. Upon lifting the pallet he felt and heard a pop in his R shoulder. EE dropped the pallet and upon returning to an upright position EE felt and heard a second pop. EE experienced immediate discomfort which was followed by numbness and tinglng though his entire extremity.
