EE was delivering a cooler downstairs with 2 other people. EE was at the bottom of the stairs while the other 2 were at the top. They put a moving blanket underneath the cooler to not scratch the customers floor the blanket slipped which made the cooler slip and it cut the top of EEs head as it landed on next step.
