What happened
EE was working the load at Wegmans pulling a pallet of 12pks through the warehouse doors. Pallet was heavy and EE was leaning backwards pulling the pallet (putting his weight into the pallet) and he pulled it over the toes of his left foot. The pallet jack wheel went over about half of his foot and then he was able to push it off his foot. Employee was wearing boots however they were not steel toe.
