What happened
[REDACTED] was performing his regular assigned duties and Merchandising the Market32 in [REDACTED]. He was moving u-boats the clear room so he could get to his pallets in our backstock area. After he moved the u-boats he grabbed a pallet jack and began pulling pallets from the backroom to the salesfloor. While pulling the pallet he felt a sharp burning pain in his left heel that radiated up to his left hamstring. He finished his route and reported the incident to me at [REDACTED]. He then went home to ice and elevate the injury and wanted to see how it felt in the morning.
