Pulling a pallet from the backroom to the salesfloor

Employee was operating a hand jack to bring his first pallet out to the sales floor to begin merchandising the store. When he began pulling the pallet he felt pain in his right shoulder near the front where the rotator cuff is located. He decided to keep performing his normal job duties until it began to hurt more and more. He felt a dull aching pain throbbing in his right shoulder. Pain became more intense when he tried to lift his arm above his shoulder. He text his supervisor to report the incident.
