He was in the quality lab administering the pre-shift meeting

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] Mr. [REDACTED] was leaving the pre-shift quality meeting and headed towards his desk in the production office. Before getting to his desk he realized he forgot his sweater in the lab where he conducted the meeting. He turned around to go back to the lab when he fell to the floor. [REDACTED] fell to his left side causing an injury to his left ankle. Mr. [REDACTED] then went home for the day and while at home began to feel acute pain in his leg and went to the nearest ER for treatment. Doctor diagnosed him with a avulsion fracture of the left lateral malleolus.
