Operator was monitoring the case erector and noticed that the boxes filled up the roller it was staged on until it was at full capacity. The roller moved out of places dropping boxes to the ground.

The operator went to adjust the roller back into its place and while doing so she had smashed her hand in between the roller and the outside of the case erector.
