What happened
He was reaching to grab a cutting board on the top of a drying rack when she lost grip on it and it fell hitting her in the top of the foot. Injury got worse and she went to the ER on [REDACTED] where they told her she had a fracture and to return to work [REDACTED]. This is when we learned of the severity of the accident. She is going to our workers comp. clinic on [REDACTED]. Employee does have a history of past injury on this foot. We do not yet know the exact nature of the injury or how long she will be off. We will find out after she sees a doctor
