Another employee was concerned the chafer with the food was not heating up and she touched the sides and they weren 't hot so I placed my hand underneath to see if it was hot and the plate underneath was very much hot and it like shocked and burned my right hand (Pinky and ringer finger) to be exact got burnt the most.
