Lifting

Employee was moving stacked long low lying freight. The freight tipped over in the the bay and the employee used their Forklift to try and restack it. After they had the freight in position they attempted to flip it back onto the other piece that was being moved and it slipped off of the forks. This caused the freight to crush their right hand into the Dock floor.
