While delivering 2 boxes to [REDACTED]. Customer dog apparently was chained. While dropping the boxes dog got loose by breaking the chain and bit my left hand at least twice. I fought back with a box as it continued to approach me. Ambulance looked and cleaned the wounds and was referral to take see a doctor [REDACTED]. Police was called and [REDACTED] 's deputies came to the scene and told me that the police report will be ready by [REDACTED].
