[REDACTED] was getting ready to start his new trailer assignment and the paperwork was still on the trailer latch but the door was already open. He tried to lower the door to get to his paperwork by reaching the strap that was too short. Since he couldn 't reach the strap he had to step on his forklift blades to reach the handle to pull down the door. When he grabbed the door latch to pull down the door was jammed on the rollers so when he pulled down harder the door released then quickly pulled
