What happened
Driver backed to the dock chocked his tires and gave the dock hand the keys to open the trailer door. She went into the trailer as the driver was going to unhook and the pin did not release from the tractor. The trailer was dragged about 3feet out and knocking her off balance and falling off the trailer between the dock and trailer. She landed pretty hard also hitting her head on the dock plate.
