[REDACTED] was strapping some freight that was beamed in the air. Trailer [REDACTED] in the 97 door. When he pulled to tighten the strap it came loose from the wall. [REDACTED] fell backwards hitting his head on the trailer sidewall. He laid there until an employee noticed him laying there and went to check on him. He helped him up and brought him to the main dock stand.
