PRECAUTIONARY While driving back from DAY to WRN driver started to feel fatigued and pulled into a truck stop along his run. When climbing out of his tractor he slipped on the step falling to the ground. This caused his left side shoulder and arm to be strained and sore. Driver reported it to dispatch when he returned to the center.
