What happened
Employee was walking into a trailer at [REDACTED] to remove straps and sweep the trailer. As he was entering the trailer an employee was removing a skid that had a strap hanging from the pallet. The strap hook got caught on the dock plate pulling it up. When the dock plate came up it caused the employee to fall and hurt his shoulder.
