What happened
the group leader in that dept was using a hoist to bring a top over to be set on the house. the top wouldn 't stop moving and began letting itself down in the back. the remote wouldn 't respond which caused the top to pin the associate between the top and the rail of the catwalk mezzanine. group leader helped associate get free but the top continued to move until they took the batteries out of the remote and cut the power to the boom
