What happened
EE was cutting box and accidentally cut his left index finger. EE said he doesn t remember what happened he blacked out. Got to breakroom sat in chair and passed out. Fell out of chair onto floor and hit head on the concrete floor. On the PIR he told the doctor he fainted at the sight of his blood from the cut on his finger.
