The ladder was being relocated plane-side. There were 4 employees moving the stairs ( two in front two in back). Two mechanics were at the front (plane-side). One of the employee was watching the plane vs. the direction of the stairs and the stairs rolled over his foot and then rolled back. He started to feel nauseous and attempted to sit down but passed out and hit his head.
