Per RL by House manager [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was administering a breathing treatment to the patient in room 561. As she turned to leave the room she felt the oxygen tubing wrapped around her right foot causing her to fall onto her right knee on the floor. She then tried to break the fall with her right hand and hit the wall. A code EMA was called and [REDACTED] was transported to the ED via wheelchair.
