What happened
The IE was at a customer location Kroger picking up a trailer that the latch bar on the left side door had been knocked off. While closing the door and securing the second latch bar the holder at the top of the door fell off and struck him in the head. This caused bleeding dizziness and pain. He was treated at the ER and released. He was seen at Concentra on [REDACTED]. He was diagnosed with a scalp laceration and a concussion without loss of consciousness.
