What happened
The employee was opening his trailer doors in order to back the trailer onto the ramp to unload. When doing so he was standing directly behind the trailer and an unstable pallet stack inside the doors fell as he opened them. A pallet stack struck him in the head causing a laceration requiring stitches and a concussion without loss of consciousness.
