Another EE was pushing a pallet jack into a footprint. The injured EE was on the other side of the foot print sitting on a stool. There was a toolbox between the pallet jack and the injured EE. The EE operating the pallet jack pushed the pallet jack into the toolbox which then pushed the toolbox into the injured EE 's back.
