DRAWING SECOND SET OF BLOOD CULTURES ON THE PATIENT. WENT TO END THE VENIPUNCTURE AND THE NEEDLE DIDN 'T RETRACT THE FIRST [REDACTED] AND WHEN I WENT TO TRY AGAIN MY HAND SLIPPED CAUSING THE NEEDLE TO NICK MY THUMB.
