patient care

Myself and [REDACTED] were bathing an obese bedfast patient. We rolled patient to change linen. As patient was laying on her side the patient would not strech straighten her leg to allow the bed rail up to support patient 's weight. Therefore I had to hold patient 's legs to support patient 's weight to prevent patient from falling out of bed. As a results I developed back pain.
