On [REDACTED] at around [REDACTED] the employe noticed a box was stuck on the machine for the fourth time and EE went in to push the box and his sweater had gotten caught on the machine pulling him into it and pulling his arm which took some skin with it. The machine was stopped in time but his armed was bruised up.
