Cut wire seal from drum to remove drum ring and lid.

The employee was working on deck 66 supporting line- 5. The employee task was to help prep ingredients for making a batch of Mustard Dijon. The employee needed to cut wire seal from drum to be remove the drum ring to get the lid off. The employee trying to cut the wire seal notice that the cutters were dull so the employee went to get a different pair of wire cutters the employee cut the wire seal and the wire pierced the left thumb. The employee was taken to hospital for medical treatment.
